No. Dappi is an independent app, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC. Dappi creates stickers in the standard format WhatsApp accepts from third-party sticker apps.

A WhatsApp pack holds 3 to 30 stickers. Dappi lights up "Add to WhatsApp" at 3, and you can keep adding and re-sending — the pack in WhatsApp updates.
