HOW IT WORKS

Photo in. Sticker out.
Here is what happens.

How to make an animated WhatsApp sticker from a photo, start to finish. Three steps, and no editing skills.

1

Pick a photo

Take one with the camera or grab one from your library. You can do all of this, the entire setup in fact, before you ever sign in.

An ordinary photo, before anything has been done to it
2

Say what happens

"Blow a kiss." "Happy dance." "Slow clap." One short sentence is the whole instruction. The AI animates your photo into a looping clip. Pick the length, keep your background or cut yourself out, and swipe through frames with a live preview.

TIP: action words work best. Describe what the person does.

The same photo, with the sentence that was typed for it "Blow a kiss."
3

Send to the group chat

That clip becomes a WhatsApp sticker that loops silently in the chat and drops straight into your pack. Once a pack has 3 stickers, one tap sends the whole thing into your WhatsApp sticker tray. Add more later and send it again. The pack updates.

UNDER THE HOOD

Why Dappi stickers look sharper.

Most sticker apps squash your sticker until it fits WhatsApp's limits and call it a day. We wanted to do better than that.

THE ANIMATION

A real AI video, not a wobble filter

Dappi sends your photo to the AI, which generates a short video of your photo doing what you described. Hair moves, expressions change, and every frame comes from the photo you gave it.

THE CONVERSION

Converted on your phone

The clip becomes a sticker on your own device. That makes it fast, it works the same every time, and your finished stickers never have to travel anywhere to be ready.

THE QUALITY

Sharpness comes first

Keeping a sticker crisp inside a messaging app's limits is the hard part, and it's where most apps give up. Dappi holds onto as much detail as it can, on every sticker. That part is ours to worry about. You just get a sharper sticker.

THE HOUSEKEEPING

Packs, covers, backgrounds, frames

Stickers organize into packs of 3 to 30 with a tray icon made automatically. Cut the background per sticker, bake in a frame, set a cover. The fiddly parts are handled for you.
